Job Description:
We are looking for an R&D Executive to support product development, process improvement and technical research activities. The candidate will work with the R&D and production teams to explore improvements in chemical products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support research and development activities.
• Assist with product and process improvement.
• Conduct laboratory trials and evaluations.
• Maintain technical records and reports.
• Coordinate with quality and production teams.
• Research relevant chemical processes and applications.

Requirements:

• M.Sc./B.Sc. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good technical documentation abilities.
